Missy Jo started her professional breeding and training program when she opened Saddle Lake Equestrian Center in April of 1996. Over the years she has developed and award winning breeding program that focuses on breeding quality horses and ponies with excellent conformation, movement, and dispositions. Missy Jo’s strong breeding program has become the foundation for an award winning training program. In the fall of 2014, when the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity came to purchase *Telynau Royal Charter, Missy Jo and her husband Mark knew jumped at the opportunity to add this amazing stallion to the stallion line-up at Saddle Lake. Foals out of Missy Jo’s program have won numerous titles including Devon, Upperville, and the USEF Breeding Championships. In 2017 she was named USEF’s leading Pony Hunter Breeding Owner.
